• No refunds after photo session has begun.
• No outfit changes during photo session.
• Retakes for any reason are $5.00+fax for 2 shots of 1 pose.
• Negatives are property of Say Cheese Photo and are held for 3 months.
• Your photo may be used on a sample board, framed for display, or used for other advertisement purposes. if you would not like your photo displayed, you must let us know.
• We are not responsoble for hair, make-up, or clothes out of place, closed eyes, no smiles in children and/or any other imperfections.
• Price is subject to change without notice.
• All deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
